Starting May 1, 2025, four rooms will become available in this student house on Moesstraat in Groningen. Each room has its own kitchen. The bathroom and toilet are shared. Additionally, the house has a backyard and a spacious bike shed—ideal for four friends!

Location:
The house is ideally situated, just a five-minute bike ride from the Zernike campus and the city center of Groningen. The Noorderplantsoen park is within walking distance, and the house is easily accessible by public transport.

Layout:
Upon entering, you step into the hallway, where the first room is located at the front of the house. This room features a loft bed, creating extra space. At the back of the house is the second room, which has a separate, closable kitchen and also a loft bed. The shared toilet is also located in the hallway. On the first floor, you will find the third and fourth rooms, as well as the bathroom, which includes a separate shower and sink. The house has a backyard of approximately 12 square meters and a bike shed of over 10 square meters. The spacious rooms range in size from approximately 16 to 22 square meters.

These amounts include an advance payment for municipal taxes but exclude costs for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
