About the place

We have a spacious room with an adjacent private bathroom in our large house.  The bathroom has a sink, toilet and a shower.  We have created a kitchenette in the bathroom so that you can cook yourself.

 It is all located on the 2nd floor of our house.  Which was built in 2019. So everything is very new.

 The room is fully furnished.
 - table/desk with office chair
 - 1 person bed
 - sitting area with sofa
 - curtains
 - fridge
 - electric hob (2 burners)
 - dishwasher
 - cutlery and crockery
 - pans
 - glasses and cups

 We live on the ground floor and 1st floor and on the 2nd floor we have a room that we use as an office and laundry room.  We do not use your room or your bathroom.
 We are a family with 2 children.

 We are looking for someone who wants to rent it from the 1st of Februari til the 1st of Juli.  It's a great stepping stone to start looking for a nice room in the city, if you don't have the connections yet.

 We are looking for a female student who is calm, pleasant, clean and tidy and has no problems with children and a cat.

 The rental price includes cleaning once every 2 weeks by an external cleaner.

 Since we are a family, you are not supposed to have house parties
 Someone may come by after consultation.

 We live in Reitdiep.  The neighborhood next to Zernike, where Hanze University of Applied Sciences and the RUG are located.
