Looking for a female tenant for student housing SSHX – Zernikepark

Hey girls,
I am looking for a new tenant for my student room at Zernikepark. New girl will take over my SSHX contract.
Start dates is latest April 25, 2025, and end date July 25, 2025.
Advantages:
The room is large, bright and spacious - 18 m2 for just one person and has its own bathroom (shower, sink and toilet)

Facilities:
Large shared kitchen with other housemates
Bicycle shed (closed)
Post lockers
Washing machines
Great horticulture in the Atrium with outdoor benches

Details:
-Rent: 780 euros per month (all utilities included)
-Location: Directly in Zernikepark - Perfect for RUG students
-Moving date: April 10 - April 25

Important:
-The room is rented through SSHX and is only available for female bachelor students at the University of Groningen.

Requirements for a student:
-student must have an approved registration with SSHX (SSHX account) of the same educational institution -to take over the rental agreement - Please note: the approval of the registrations is done by the university
-may not have previously lived at the SSH under a Short Stay contract
-the student must be the same type of student - bachelor
-the student must be a female
