About the place

I have a Bed and Breakfast with a beauty salon  in my house. I am now looking for a temporary tenant (woman) of the attractive cozy 2-room suite with private bathroom, for 1- 2months in the period of  June and July 2024.  Or from 3- 6 months from September untill February. In the Suite is a coffee & teacorner, small refrigerator, TV and combi-microwave, also a Cooker. You can make your light meals in your own room. Plus you are also welcome to use my kitchen for the bigger evening meals.
Prime location, in the popular pentagon, is quiet and the center of Haarlem starts around the corner. Everything within walking distance. 
Concerning the administration; You will receive an invoice for the rent of the Suite of my Bed and Breakfast. Inclusive VAT, and exclusive citytax of €5 per day (€150 per mnd) obliged by the local Government Haarlem.
