About the place

Since my roommate moved out last month, there is a (bed)room available in my residence. It is a shared apartment with  individual rooms of 12.7m2. Due to the limited space, a 2-person loft bed has been made [160X200]. The room has two spacious built-in wardrobes and is located on the south. Of course, the doors of the bedrooms have individual locks, and so is the thermostat is individually adjustable.

My preferred flatmate acts acordingly to agreements made regarding cleaning shared spaces, understands that co-housing means some degree of communal sharing, be it practical but also social. Tolerates occasional noise and is honest and therefore reliable.
