About the place

Hello future housemate,

I am 38 years old and live with my 3 cats in a single-family house with a garden. Since 4 bedrooms is a lot for me alone, I am looking for a housemate to share the costs with.

On the upper floor, I have a furnished room available of about 12m². The room includes a bed (180x200), a TV with Chromecast, a table, and a chair.

You will share everything with me. I work full-time and am quite private. In principle, you will usually have the house to yourself.

The village where I live has little to offer, so it is wonderfully quiet (you’ll need to enjoy that).

A bus stop with a direct connection to Alphen/Leiden is 500 meters away. The supermarket is also within walking distance.
