Dear, 

I wil be renting out my home, this house has 2 toilets a bathroom 3 bedrooms a big kitchen and a large (55m3) living room. Which will be divided into a 20m3 (biggest of the house) bedroom and a 35m3 living room. 

The biggest rooms on the 1st floor are 18 m 3 there are 2 pieces available. And there is 1 room wich is a bit cheaper which has a 8m3 of space.

20m3 €499 (old part of the living room)
18m3 €699

There is a possibility to turn the 55m3 living room into a “bedroom”/studio, if you are interested we can come up with an agreement on that. 

There I one condition, I bought this house. And I will be renovation it. I will start on the outside of the house, and will be working my way around the house. After that I will start with the attic. Transforming this into a luxery bedroom. 

I am still studying so I wil be working on it 1/2 days a week. Only on working hours and not in the evenings. 

The maximum rental period is until August 31st or Juli 30th when discussed  so.
