About the place

Fresh attic room for temporary rent for a friendly serious female student. 

Our house is a 5-minute walk from Cityplaza/bus and tram station.

The room is available from the end of February until the end of June.
The room is fully furnished with bed, desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe. You also have your own little fridge.

You will share the kitchen, bathroom and toilet with us (5 persons, family with two older teenagers and another student). If the weather is nice, you are welcome to sit in our garden. If necessary, there is also space to store your bike. 

I usually work from home. We think it's important that you fit in in our house, which means, among other things, that you keep things tidy and take your fellow residents into account (don't cause any nuisance in terms of noise or mess). We like a chat and privacy at times.

We have three cats in the house who are not allowed upstairs. They really like contact, so it's nice if you also like cats. If you are allergic to cats, don't apply for this room.
