About the place

From December 2nd to mid-February, a furnished room will be available for sublet on Gerrit Jan Mulderstraat. Start and end dates are flexible.

You’ll share the house with 3 other guys (either finishing their studies or already working). There is a quiet and relaxed atmosphere where everyone does their own thing, but enjoy eating together when possible. As shown in the photo, the rent includes two smaller rooms (one of which has a balcony). Additionally, there’s a spacious living room and a bathroom (with an actual bathtub).

The location is ideal: supermarkets like Jumbo, Albert Heijn, and Lidl are within walking distance, and you can reach Central Station in just a 10-minute bike ride. Rent is €600 per month, all-inclusive.
