About the place

A cozy house in Koninginneweg, Rotterdam, close to tram and bus station. The house is located in a peaceful neighboorhood. 

I am moving out and my landlord is looking for a new tenant to live with her starting December 1. You will be living with the landlord - she is a Dutch mother in her mid 50s, very kind and friendly. However, she comes home about once every few weeks so you will have quite a lot of privacy. She wants someone clean and trustworthy to look after the house when she is away. 

Registration is possible. 

Viewing will be on next Friday if selected for viewing.
