About the place

I am looking for a nice roommate starting on 25 December or 1 January 2025. Everything is included with machine machine and dryer; you will be living with two other girls. I prefer someone who can be tidy, doesn't make too much noise, and can follow the rules, does not smoke or drink. The house is very close to a tram stop that goes to Rotterdam city center in 20 minutes and to Central in 30 minutes. It is a beautiful and peaceful/quiet residential area, very suitable for a walk, for example. It is also very close to Erasmus University and Rotterdam Kralingse Zoom University.  There is also a Basic-Fit nearby in walking distance and is close to Feyenoord Stadium, de Kuip, and you can easily take the tram to the shopping center in the area. Address registration is mandatory and I prefer someone who wants to stay for a year and someone who does not smoke. I also have a sweet cat who's very social and loves to meet people, he's mostly in my room.
