About the place

Welcome to the beautiful Blijdorp. It's teeming with cargo bike-moms, Yuppies, but recently also students. We form a cozy studenthouse. Are you interested? Come by for a beer! I (Michiel, 21 years old) am in my final year of my Bachelor. Andres (23) just started his master's in Econometrics. We're looking for a student who enjoys a beer and cozy meals together! The room will be available from the 1st of March.

The house is 80 m2 with an incredibly spacious communal area (48 m2). And, as the cherry on top: a 25 m2 rooftop terrace with an unparalleled view of Rotterdam's skyline.

Distances by bike:
- Rotterdam Central station: 5 min
- Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences: 8 min
- Erasmus University: 18 min

Additionally, from Blijdorp metro station, you have direct connections to The Hague (24 min) and surrounding areas.

The rent is including heating, water, electricity, and Wi-Fi, totalling 900 euros per month.
