About the place

We are looking for a friendly, working male roommate to join us on Karperstraat. Currently, there are three of us living here, and one of our housemates is moving in with their partner. The house is spacious, measuring 110m2, spread across three floors, with a front yard and a generous backyard. We share a kitchen with dishwasher. The living room is beautifully lit and fully furnished, including a 53-inch smart TV, soundbar, PlayStation, and reliable WiFi. The backyard is also ideal, enjoying sunlight all day, featuring a comfortable lounge set, and a BBQ for outdoor gatherings. The bathroom is located on the second floor and includes a washing machine. The available room on the second floor. We share the entire house among the three of us, and the rent is €710, including utilities (gas, water, and electricity) and internet. There is also a one-time deposit of €710.

About Us
You'll be living with Amanga, a 28-year-old working full-time as a Consultant and Organizational Psychologist. I was born and raised in Utrecht and completed my studies in Social Psychology at Utrecht University. I'm into mindfulness and meditation.  
Furthermore, I'm quite sporty, enjoying activities such as tennis, gym workouts, skiing, and skydiving. I also ride motorcycles and prefer to stay active throughout the day. I have a passion for cooking, dining, playing games. 

And you'll be living with Pim, a passionate artisan baker who enjoys food, drinks and relaxation. I work out occasionally and play squash on the regular. Most of my time I spend working, cooking, reading and spending time with friends.

About You 
What are we looking for? We're seeking an open, sociable, and jovial working guy who enjoys occasional shared meals and a good chat about life experiences. It's also important to us that the house remains tidy and well-organized. If you're a person that doesn't clean up immediately after use, this is not the place for you.  Someone with similar interests is a plus. Everyone in the house works, so weekdays are usually calm, and everyone goes to bed early. The house can be quite noisy, so we're looking for someone who follows a similar routine and doesn't create a lot of noise late at night.
