In a shared house with 3 bedrooms in total.
We are looking for someone who live with Japanese 28yo girl and a lovely cat !

⚫︎Tenant Requirements
-Female
-Must be able to move in early after 3 December (please contact us for more details).
-staying for more than 6 months or who do not need to register as a resident.
-don't mind having a cat in the house.
-Non-smokers

⚫︎ Procedure
-Resident registration possible (from February onwards).
-Fixed costs € 900 per month incl. (negotiable for December)
-Deposit €1800

-7-minute walk from Wormerveer station.
-20 minutes by train to Amsterdam Central station or 1 hour by bicycle.
-Café and ACTION within 1 minute walking distance.
-3-minute walk from grocery store and gym.
-2 supermarkets, market with Blokker, Kruitvat, etc. within 5 minutes walking distance.

-The owner is a family business and is very helpful and quick to come to the house for repairs.
