I have a cozy and spacious 82m² apartment in Zaandam, just 10 minutes walking from Zaandam Central Station and 9 minutes by train to Amsterdam—perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful home while staying close to the city.
The apartment has plenty of natural light and a large balcony, perfect for enjoying some fresh air. The space is beautifully arranged, making it a comfortable and welcoming home.

The room is 12m², fully furnished, and includes a bed (single or double optional). You’ll also have access to a parking space and a storage room for bikes.

✨ Rent is €1,100 per month (with registration), and all bills are included (internet, water, electricity, and gas), except for a couple of extra expenses twice a year, like municipal taxes. A deposit of one month’s rent (€1,100) is required.

I’m looking for a female flatmate (30+), who is easygoing, respectful, very clean and organized, a non-smoker, and who works outside the house. I truly value a clean, tidy, and peaceful home, so I’d love to live with someone who shares this mindset.

A little about me: I’m 35 years old, Colombian-Spanish, and a Preschool Teacher. I enjoy creating a warm and comfortable home, and since the apartment is just for the two of us, it’s important to have a good balance and a nice atmosphere.
