About the place

Room for rent in a big dutch house very close to the centre of Zaandam. It has a garden and is just 10 minutes away from the train station. It’s a quiet area with plenty of green areas and free street parking. The supermarket is 5 min away and It takes 10 min to get to Amsterdam with the train. Shops, cafes and nice restaurants are in walking distance. 

The room is furnished with a bed, a lock, a big closet and one night table. 
Cable tv, WIFI, water, gas and electricity are included in the rent. The new roommate will have access to the common areas of the house such as living room, kitchen, garden and luxury bathroom. 

We are looking for someone to stay 6 months, (rental contract will be provided) a non-smoker, tidy person. If this sounds like it might suit you, please contact me.
