Looking for a Housemate

I’m seeking someone who is:

A full-time working professional or student
Clean, chill, and responsible.
Location & Amenities:

Public transport: 7 minutes by bike to Driebergen-Zeist station, with an 8-minute train ride to Utrecht Centraal.
Supermarket: Albert Heijn is just a 1-minute walk away.
Living Situation:
You’ll be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with me. I’m a 31-year-old working professional who studied at Wageningen University. I now live in Zeist, working 2 days in the office and 2 days from home.

In my free time, I enjoy calisthenics, kickboxing, gaming and mountain biking in the beautiful forests around Zeist.

Rental Details:

All-inclusive: Gas, electricity, water, and local taxes are included in the rent.
A deposit equal to 1 month’s rent is required.
