About the place

Beautiful studio in the middle of the Jordaan, with lots of light and a high ceiling. Fully furnished. On the second floor in monumental building with courtyard. There is an elevator. You share the front door with me and other than that you have everything to yourself: small bathroom, small kitchen, platform above the kitchen with double bed and lots of closet space. It is an old building so can be draughty and the plasterwork is not optimal because of a moisture problem on the outside of the building. Otherwise, it is a very nice house. 

I am looking for someone of 35+ years old, with a permanent job and not working from home.
