This room will be returned before 5 December 2024. 

The rent can start 5 up to 30 December 2024 as needed by the candidate.

This room is intended for only 1 person. Two partners and pets are not allowed. 

This is 1 room in a shared apartment for 4 adults. 

The room has a vinyl floor and second-hand furniture: sofabed mattress, cabinets, table, chair. Lighting, curtains
If desired, you can borrow a flatscreen TV.

The apartment has 1 living room, 3 bedrooms plus 1 communal kitchen area with sink and gas stove and washing machine, 3 toilets, 3 showers and in the living room a 2nd kitchen with built-in cooking appliances and 2nd washing machine.

Only you will use the main bathroom and the separate toilet-unit as shown in the photos.
You share washing machine with 1 co-tenant.
You have your own refrigerator, microwave and kitchen cabinets.  

The other 3 co-tenants use the 2 other toilets and the 2 other showers. 

Your share in the NET basic rent is € 886,00. 

Your share in the leasing price for inventory and equipment is € 11,00. 

Your share in the additional (specified) housing costs is € 100,00. 

Your share in the deposit is € 1.100,00. 

You pay a total of € 997,00 per month as your share of the housing costs. 

All inmates have access to the central kitchen-area and garden.

Criteria:
- No negative rental history
- No pets
- Never smoked or vaped
- No drug use
- Age between 24 and 49 years
- Mandatory rental for a minimum of 24 months
- NO OPTION to terminate the lease within 24 months
- Employment contract not temporary, ending no earlier than 01 December 2026
- Working with a salary + 36 hours per week, working in the Amsterdam area
- No working from home. You must work on-site at your employer's location.
- Your net salary must be higher than € 2.800,00.

With your application, you also indicate why you want to move from your current address to this accommodation.

Explanation of the selection procedure:

If you do not read this text and do not answer the questions, you will not be considered a candidate.
The municipality of Amsterdam requires co-residents to nominate candidates to the owner.
The candidates will have an interview with the co-residents.
The selected candidates must first read the rental agreement with the specifications and the Amsterdam rules for sharing a house.

Only candidates who confirm that they understand the content and accept all rental conditions and specific rules of the municipality of Amsterdam will be selected.

The owner will check your legal residency status and your identity:
- That your job does not end within 24 months
- That your net salary after paying Dutch income tax is higher than € 2.800,00
- That you do not smoke or vape or use other drugs
- That you have no negative rental history
- Why you want to move from your current address
- That you continue to behave as a good co-resident
- That you clean the stove, dishes, and pans after EVERY time you prepare food
- That you clean the shared bathroom + kitchen floor at least once every 7 days
- That you have understood the house rules for sharing.

Please note that these rooms are NOT private studio rooms with their own rental agreement.

4 co-residents share 1 rental agreement and all additional costs.
Each co-resident is required to register in the Population Register.

Dutch law does not allow more than 2 adults to live together at 1 address unless the multiple persons are family and form 1 household. A limited number of properties have permission for 3 and 4 people to share 1 address.

Our properties have permission for 3 and 4 people who are not family and do not want to form 1 household to legally share the house and register legally.

No students, no temporary employment contracts, no interns.
Not under 24 years old and no smoking, no vaping, no pets.
