Dear potential tenant,

We will have an apartment/studio available from the 1st or 15th of May 2025. This studio is 22m2 in size and is completely self-supported. This means that it has its own bathroom, kitchen area and living/bedroom.

In addition to the studio, you can also use the communual areas in the building, which together are more than 100m2 in size. This includes two lounge area's, a washing and drying room, a backyard of approx. 50m2, a bicycle shed of approx. 40m2 and a reception/post desk.

The studio is rented furnished. The bed and cupboard in the photo will be left behind, the rest will be changed. This includes a new table, TV cabinet and an extra chair. There will be no cutlery. The furniture is included in the rent, as are the costs for gas, water, electricity, internet, etc. The total rent is therefore 850 euro and the deposit is one and a half times the monthly rent. So basically 1,275 euro.
