About the place

fully upholstered and furnished studio attic on the 2nd floor with sleeping loft.  Everything is included what is needed.  it is not large and preference is given to one who is small.  Only 1 person studying, working or both.  Pay attention only to quiet people.  it is a 1930s building.  in addition on both sides and among neighbors so we want to be good tenants and neighbors.  there is also a private shed for belongings and bicycle or moped.
