About the place

Studio appartement in Eindhoven, Woensel. 

Studio is within walking distance of shopping center Woensel XL (2-4 min walk). It is 5 minutes from the city by car and also really easily accessible by public transport because of the Woensel XL bus station nearby.

The studio has no shared rooms. However the house itself has a shared bike storage and washing room available.

The studio is ment for one person. We are open to short term tenants however we prefer long term. We will give a one year contract and if everything is OK for both parties we will extent the contract for an undetermined time, or as long as the tenants prefers. 

Everything in the studio is works properly and is clean, like it should.

Feel free to send a message if you are interested. Both Dutch or english is fine however we will respond in english. We will ask everyone to fill in a small questionnaire so we have a better idea of the profile. After that we will invite some of you for a look around on either monday or wednesday. 

We try to respond to everyone asap and want to give everyone a fair chance. however due to the overwhelming amount of messages its only managable to reply to everyone at once at the end of the day. To make it easier for both parties we ask to fill in the questionnaire. Feel free to ask other questions as well.
