About the place

We, Renuka and Bart are looking for a working tenant, who wants to rent our newly build space for a year and possibly an extension of the rental period. We are a mixed couple, Renuka was born and raised in Punjab, India. Bart is born and raised in the Netherlands. We really enjoy travelling, and we love to cook and eat food. Sometimes we have friends over, who we try to impress with our dishes. We are looking for not only a tenant, but someone who likes the finer things in life, for example trying out new food and going to places abroad. During the week we are working from home, if we are at home. Sometimes we do workations in a warm and tropical place.  Because we are working from home, you can expect the best internet you can find (included in rental price). What is also included, the electricity and water. You are able to register in our house. Hopefully you can visit our lovely home, where you can live. Having a car is a must, because of our amazing location next to the highway. Without it, you'll have to bike 20mns to the nearest busstation that brings you to Utrecht or other places. Maybe we can eat together in the future! Who knows ;)
