About the place

Hi,

I am the current tenant and help the landlord find potential tenants.

The studio is fully furnished incl gas, electricity, and internet. There is also a washing mashine which is shared with tenants of other studios in the same house.
The studio is nicely located, close to Utrecht Centraal Station (7 min bike ride), the city center (within walking distance), and to supermarkets (within walking distance). 

The studio is only temporarily available until the end of January 2025 because after that the house will be renovated. This offers you some time to find a new place to stay.

The landlord is friendly, helpful, and available in case there are questions or something to be fixed.

Working professionals are preferred.

Registration is possible.
