Location:
The studio is located in Kanaleneiland-South, within walking distance of shopping center Nova and Vasco da Gama. The location offers excellent accessibility, with major roads (including highways) and tram and bus connections nearby. Park Transwijk is about a 7-minute walk away. Utrecht Central Station is approximately 13 minutes by bike, and you can reach the city center of Utrecht in 15 minutes!

The studio:
This is a newly built studio, so no one has lived in it yet and almost everything is brand new and unused. The studio has its own entrance, bathroom, and room. It is located on the second floor (accessible via a fixed staircase) and offers a beautiful, unobstructed view of the water. The studio is fully furnished and ready for immediate use. Everything you need is provided, from a comfortable bed, a (foldable) dining table, and a seating area to a fully equipped kitchen with pots, cutlery, plates, and glasses. Even small details, such as a kettle, drying rack, and cookware, are included. Additionally, there is a TV with Chromecast, so you can easily stream your favorite shows and movies. The bathroom is very luxurious and modern, with a spacious shower cabin, stylish finishes, and high-quality materials. Everything is new, from the tiles to the bathroom accessories, giving it a fresh and well-maintained look.

All you need to do is bring your suitcase, and the rest is already taken care of!
