About the place

About the living space: All three studio's are located in the same building but on separate floors and connected by a spacious staircase,  Each studio includes 3 living/bedrooms (each approx. 20-25 m2)  plus  plus a uxurious bathroom with toilet and shower (10m2). Until studio kitchens have been installed you can make use of the central large kitchen on the ground floor. The studios/ appartments are unfurnished. Possible extra's: per each studio it is possible to rent 2 parking spaces plus you may wish to use of your own piece of private garden . Energy costs depend on the size of the tenant's family and will determined in good faith and not overcharged.
