I am leaving my beautiful apartment and I am looking for someone to move in as of November 5. The apartment will has 2 bedrooms, will come UNFURNISHED, and it is located in Amsterdam Oost. 

Current price is approximately EUR2,200 per month including service costs of EUR79, but I understood from the property manager there there will be an increase (probably around 2,300 p.m. including service costs). 

Income requirement is 4x the rent and the landlord is very strict in this respect. I am looking for someone to take over my floors (EUR3.000).
