I am looking for a couple or 2 working professionals to move in my beautiful, newly renovated apartment in Amsterdam (Close to Rembrandt park) during my 18-month international assignment period from late December 2024 to July 2026.

- This apartment is located near Lelylaan train station, metro/ bus station within max 3 minute walking distance
- 9 minute to Zuid Station via public transportation
- 18 minute to Central Station via public transportation
- 3 minute walk to Albert Heijn, Lidl, Kruidvat, Turkish grocery shop and gyms
- 5 min walking distance to Rembrandt park

🏠The apartment:

- It is a two bedrooms appartment with all good quality furnitures included, what you see in pictures would stay for you to use. 
- Spacious 25 square meters living room with 65 inches smart TV, 4-seat cozy sofa and 6-seat wood dining table. 
- 2 bedrooms. The masteroom is 18 squre meters, fully furnished with queen bed and mattress, adjustable working station, monitor, big wardrobe. The second bedroom is 11 square meters, fully furnished with desk, chair, single bed (possible to extend to double bed) and wardrobe
- The whole apartment is pretty new, has elevator, storage and space for bikes.

💰Conditions:
The rent for the room is €2150 (include water, internet, furniture) per month. 
Addtional prepay is €200 per month for electricity and gas, you will get refund if you dont use less!
The deposit is 5000€. No agency fees! First month rent and deposit should be paid upfront.
