My boyfriend and I are moving out next month and we can nominate someone to take over our apartment!

Rental starts March 1st but need to know of interested party as soon as possible!

1 bedroom apartment (41m^2) on young professionals' side. Comes with a community gym, terrace, bike shed, party area, movie theatre, library, office, and chill room. 
1014 rent (includes internet + cable) + service cost of 200ish

The idea behind the apartment complex is that it is for young professionals. So there are weekly community events and everyone is aged between 21-28

Requirements:
Age 21-28
Income - 3x of rent (1014)
Proof of income 


Here's the catch!
We're looking for someone that would want to buy the majority of our furniture, kitchen ware, electronics, etc.
So it can be considered that the apartment comes fully furnished.
We have approximately €9,015 worth of goods at resale price. 
The new tenant wouldn't have to take/purchase all of the furniture, but at least 50% is what we're looking for. Prices can still be negotiated.

If factored over a year, that would be 750 additional in rent each month, coming to 1764/month BUT you get to keep ALL the furniture at the end of the year. (The downside is we'd need the cost for the furniture upfront.) BUT 1764 for a fully furnished apartment in Amsterdam is pretty nice!
Anything not taken will be sold or gifted to the community by us.

We don't need to get the spot filled, it's simply an opportunity we have to help someone in this crazy market.
!!We do have an interested party that doesn't wish to buy any of our goods. So one of those is not needed.
