-only looking for a temporary tenant as I will be travelling
-you can use all the furniture and kitchen equipments, including the dishwasher, oven, air purifier, etc

About the Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in Rotterdam North, a nice neighbourhood for students in their later stages, young starters, and even family. It's located centrally in Rotterdam: 3-minute walk to the tram station, 4-minute walk to the train station, 13-minute bike to Rotterdam Centraal.

Albert Heijn within 3 minutes walk, Lidl within 9 minutes walk. A lot of sport options from gyms to pilates to yoga. Really close to the Rotte river, so you can take a nice stroll around.
