Over de woonruimte

Hi!

I'm looking for a new roommate for a room in my apartment in a completely new building. The room is about 18 square meters and gets plenty of light. It's also fully furnished.

Since the building is new, I'm one of the first tenants at the other room, and the furniture in the room has only been used for a couple of months and is in great condition. I'm asking for 1000 EUR for the furniture, which we can discuss payment options for – maybe spreading it out with the rent. I'm open to finding a solution that works for both of us.

A bit about me: I'm a software developer working full-time in Haarlem. I go to the office 3 days a week and work from home 2 days. In my free time, I also enjoy going to the gym regularly.

Because we'll be sharing the apartment, I'm looking for someone who also works full-time, ideally with a minimum annual income around 50,000 EUR gross. I'm hoping to find a roommate who is tidy, clean, and easy to get along with. While everyone is welcome to reach out, I have a preference for a male roommate.

On the practical side, it's possible to register at this address, and your name can be added to the original rental contract.
