In this spacious apartment, we currently have a souterrain of 20 m2 available for rent. It is available from the first of April till the first of September. The apartment is on the ground floor, has a garden, and is shared with two others and a cat. The whole place is fully furnished and everything is available for usage. We have a washing machine and a dryer. There is an excellent atmosphere in the house. Never any arguments and a lot of laughs. The tenant is not bound to the full rental contract period, so you can leave whenever you like. All in all it's the ideal spot for someone who is looking for a temporary place to stay in Amsterdam. Especially when coming from outside of the country. 

Location & Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in the heart of Amsterdam-West, which means around ten to fifteen minutes of travel to the city center. The neighborhood is safe and very resourceful, with a nice park and two supermarkets five minutes from the house. There are also many places to grab a bite or have a drink just around the corner in the Jan Evertsenstraat. It's a nice and quiet place and we have a great relationship with all our neighbors.
