Over de woonruimte

Hi Everyone, 

I am subletting my room in our big and bright apartment from the 14th of January till the 28th of February (possible to enter a week after and possibility of extension in March). The rent is 1000€ (p/m) including utilities. The room is big (20sqm approx) with a big 180x200 bed. 

You will share this 95 sqm flat with two housemates. Marc, a swiss boy, and Ariadna, a spanish girl from Barcelona. Our Apartement is located in Koningin Wilhelminaplein, a stone throw away from the Lelylaan station and Vondelpark.

The house is nicely furnished with a baclony facing West, which means we have amazing sunsets every night and a small table to have dinner in. A spacious open concept living room and kitchen (perfect for big dinners) and also has two toilets and a bathroom.
