Situated in a quiet neighbourhood 5 minutes walking from the Lidl and Plus supermarkets.

15 minutes by car to Utrecht/Den Bosch.
10 minutes biking from train station Culemborg. Then 18 minutes to Utrecht Central Station by train.

The housemates are a German/Dutch IT-student (22m) and the Dutch landlord (29m). We welcome international students. The second floor houses the two renters, one of which is you. The ground floor and backyard are communal. There is a shed for your bike.
It is possible to enregister yourself into the municipality.
Smoking is not allowed.
