Over de woonruimte

Hi,
I am looking for someone to share my apartment with because my current flatmate is moving back to Germany. It's located in the city center of Haarlem, right in front of Jopenkerk. The living space is quite spacious but the room is a bit small (it is bigger than it looks in the picture, though).
The room has a sofa bed, a lamp and a cabinet, you can choose to use it or it can be removed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an indoor bicycle parking.

I am currently studying my masters at the VU while working full time. I am flexible and easy to live with and would prefer someone who is easy going as well. In the end it's about living comfortably together with good communication.

There is a small dog who I share with my ex, so he would be at the house sometimes. He is calm and friendly.

The rent includes the water bill and service costs.
The utilities is around 80 per person approx.
