Hey guys, My name is Xuan, a legal counsel and because my current flatmate is moving out so I am trying to find someone to take over her room.

This apartment is fully furnished, has an living space of 98 m2 with a balcony all around and a beautiful view over Transwijk park and the city. Downstairs is an external storage room of 4m2.  
The house is easily accessible with many amenities nearby. Situated within cycling distance of the center of Utrecht, walking distance from a supermarket and many public transport connections around the corner. There are several arterial roads within a few minutes' drive and parking is available for free in front of the complex.


I'm looking for a flatemate who is willing to take the tenancy of her from January 21st (can be indefinite if everything goes well!) 

The addtional expenses are €450, which includes €150 for internet, heating, and electricity services, and an additional €300 covering water consumption, furniture maintenance, and upholstery care.
