* 3rd Floor: My bedroom with a private bathroom and laundry room (equipped with a washer that’s also a dryer!)

The shared areas are partially furnished with a couch, TV, TV stand, dining table, chairs, and all essential appliances, including a dishwasher, oven/microwave, coffee machine, and air fryer.
The apartment is newly renovated with a modern design in a friendly, convenient neighborhood!

Location: Amsterdam Oost
* 12 minutes by bike to Roeterseilandcampus (UvA)
* 5 minutes by bike to Science Park
* Walking distance to Science Park and Muiderpoort train stations
* Bus stop right outside (Line 65)
* Metro access: Amstelstation (8 minutes by bike)
