Very centrally located 1 bedroom Furnished apartment (~60 m² + living room + a spacious balcony facing southeast)  
All the furnishing and appliances in the house are brand new. Plenty bright throughout the day (well, when the sun shines here in Amsterdam), very green and the apartment is as depicted in the photos. Oven, Dishwasher, washing machine, floor heating, fiber optic wifi, OLED TV+ sound, and other amenities you can think of in a modern apartment (+ massive south-east facing balcony!). You also get access to an enormous roof garden/greenhouse/common area where you can chill and have your dinner with superb views over the Ij (and during cold days, perfect to work in the warm greenhouse with 360° sunlight! ☀️

This house is less than two years old, newly built in the centre of Amsterdam (Oostenburg), next to Czaarpeterbuurt with hip shops and Artis. Centraal station and Weesperplein are 7mins cycling rides from here as well as Rokin/Muntplein and de Pijp, about 10mins. All the while, no tourists venture into this neighbourhood.
A ton of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and shops around. Plus #7 and #26 trams + Bus #22 are accessible.
