About the place

The room is in the Pijp, walking distance from Metrostation de Pijp/Albert Cuyp. 

Right now, me and my brother are living here and we would like to rent out one of the rooms to cover expenses. The location of the appartment is pretty good and the room offers a lot of privacy. The Albert Cuyp Market and Sarphatipark are within walking distance. 

Sometimes me and my brother will watch a movie in the evening. Other days a friend friend may also come over, but not too much. 

I myself have studied civil engineering, but I am working in hospitality for now.

Important information to know is that the room is seperate from the rest of the appartment, so the tenant will have to go through the communal hallway to come down to the main appartment to use any of the amenities like kitchen or bathroom. On the plus-side, this means that the room offers a lot of privacy.

I myself like to do sports in my free time, mostly boxing. I even do yoga sometimes, so it would be nice to have somebody with similar interests. My brother spends most of his time smoking, so any tenant will have to be able to live with that.
