Looking for a friendly and responsible temporary subtenant from July 1, 2025, to February 1, 2026 (possibly longer)

This fully furnished home features a cozy shared living room, three bedrooms (each 12 m²), a garden, a shed, and a bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower.

What I offer:

- Private bedroom: Equipped with a comfortable bed, wardrobe, and TV.
- extra room with storage space: Available upon request.
- Prime location: Bus stop right at the door, supermarket within walking distance, 5 minutes by bike to the city center, 10 minutes to the Zernike Complex, and practically next to the UMCG.
- Quiet environment: Although I am occasionally present, I am usually away. You will have the house almost entirely to yourself, perfect for someone who enjoys a peaceful setting.

What am I looking for:

A neat and responsible tenant who doesn't mind having the house to themselves occasionally. I prefer someone who keeps the house clean and avoids hosting parties.
