January tm February with chance of extension.

I sublet the room because I am going to travel. The room itself is about 13m2 and I basically leave all the furniture! You will live with 1 roommate (super sweet cosy girl) with whom you will share the bathroom and toilet. The room has its own kitchen separate from the bedroom, so it's private!

The room is located on Coolhaven Island in Rotterdam Delfshaven! Metro station Coolhaven and Delfshaven are both a short 10min walk and with a 10min bike ride you are in the city centre.
There is an Albert Heijn and jumbo supermarket nearby, and the Nieuwe Binnenweg is also close by! Cafe Steijn and Bakelite are nearby if you want a cosy drink!

The room is 515 euro which includes g/w/l/internet.
